2. Visiting this website
We use a hosting service provider to supply the server infrastructure and process the technical connection data needed to deliver and protect this website.
This is a static website. It does not set cookies, use analytics or advertising trackers, or store preferences in your browser. Images, styles and scripts are served from the same webspace; system fonts are used without contacting a font provider.
The web server processes connection data needed to deliver the page. Depending on its configuration, access logs may contain your IP address, request time, requested file, browser, operating system and referring page. This processing serves the secure, reliable operation of the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained only for operational, security or legal needs; the hosting configuration determines the actual retention period.
Links to the App Store and other websites only connect you to those services when you follow them. Their operators’ privacy policies then apply.
3. Email and retention
If you email us, we use your message and contact information to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other correspondence. Messages are deleted when no longer needed, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
4. Your rights
Where the legal conditions apply, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent for future processing without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Contact the address above to exercise your rights. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, including the authority in Baden-Württemberg: Landesbeauftragter für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.
5. Updates
We update this notice when the data processing described here changes.
